These Terms govern your use of the Lades mobile application (the “App”), operated by the individual developer of Lades (“we”, “us”). By using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own, non-commercial language learning.
The App is free to use with limitations. During the introductory trial and afterwards, access to certain features may require watching a rewarded ad (to earn additional practice time) or subscribing to Lades Pro.
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or use it unlawfully.
The App, its content, audio, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or content beyond using the App.
The App is provided “as is” for educational purposes. We do not guarantee any specific learning outcome, or that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date shows the latest version.
